Dick Super and retired partner Jim Casey built the business on strong customer service. Part of that service is having some of the most knowledgeable and professional sales staff in the business. Dick Super's son Rich and Jim Casey's son Mike, have adopted their fathers' principles and expanded upon them to include a live cooking studio which enables the consumer to "try before you buy". They have also expanded their showroom to add the latest in high definition televisions to include Plasma, DLP, LCD and LCD projection.
